摘  要:以铝酸钠为碱化剂合成了具有不同S i/A l摩尔比的聚硅氯化铝(2.0mol.l-1左右),利用A l-Ferron和A l-NMR研究了铝的水解聚合形态和动力学过程.结果表明,用NaA lO2作碱化剂制备的聚合铝混凝剂与Na2CO3制备的混凝剂相比,A lb减少,A lc增加.随着S i/A l摩尔比的增加,A lb/A l13形态的含量逐渐减小,高聚体A l形态含量逐渐增大.A l-Ferron络合动力学符合准一级化学反应方程,拟合方程式中的部分常数与A l形态含量密切相关,并随制备方法和S i/A l摩尔比的变化而呈规律性变化.High-concentration ( about 2mol · 1^-1 ) flocculants-polyaluminum silicate chloride ( PASiC ) with different Si/Al mole ratios and polyaluminum chloride ( PAC ) were prepared using NaAlO2 as basification agent. The chemical species distributions of PASiC and PAC determined by Al-Ferron complexation timed spectrophotometric and ^27Al-NMR methods, respectively, have been studied. Al-Ferron kinetics of PASiC and PAC were also synthesized. The experimental results show that hydrolyzing with NaAlO2 brings more Alcand less Alb compared with hydrolyzing with Na2CO3. The species distribution and transformation of PASiC are different from those of PAC, due to the interaction of polysilicic acid and hydrolyzed aluminum species. The Al13/Alb decreased while the Alc increased with the increasing of Si/Al ratio. The Al-Ferron kinetics of PASiC and PAC all fit the binary pseudo 1 st order rate equation. The variability of equation constants is obvious on different syntheses method and change of Si/Al molar ratios. The results also show that flocculation efficiency of PA- SiC is not consistent in Alb/Al13 content.
