摘　　要：基于偏离———分额分析法,结合标准产业分类数据,研究黑龙江省产业结构效益状况。从产业结构内部关系的角度,查找老工业基地当前经济发展滞后的结构性因素,为黑龙江省今后的产业结构调整发现对策,进而确定黑龙江未来经济发展的合理方向和产业结构调整的原则。Based on the brief introduction to SSM principle and mathematical model, the paper analyzes the industrial structure benefit of Heilongjiang Province. From the viewpoint of the internal relationship of industrial structure, the paper finds those structurel elements related to the economic stagance, in the old industrial bases. It provides good reference for Heilongjiang Province to conduct industrial restructuring and strategic innovation.
