摘　　要：振兴东北老工业基地经济,关键是加快产业升级,提升区域产业竞争力,以区域产业竞争力理论为指导,筛选了一组区域产业竞争力评价指标,采用基于因子分析的产业竞争力综合评价模型,对黑龙江区域产业竞争力进行评价与排序,并得出初步分析结果。In developing the economy of Old Northeast Industrial Areas, the key is to speed up the industrial promotion and the regional industrial competitive power. Based on the theory of regional industrial competition, this paper selects a number of appraisal indexes and comprehensive models in view of factor analysis. It concludes the appraisement and order of Hei Longjiang regional industrial competitive power.
