水稻条纹病毒云南分离物NS2蛋白基因的分子变异

摘　　要：通过核苷酸测序表明,我国云南的16个RSV分离物,依据NS2蛋白基因同源性,基本按采样年份(2002、2003)分为了2组。结合已报道的日本T、O分离物,构建系统发育树,分析我国云南分离物与日本分离物可能有共同的起源。The 16 isolates from Yunnan province were divided into two groups belonging to 2 sampling years according to NS2 gene nucleotide sequencing. The phylogenetic tree of RSV NS2 protein gene of 16 Yunnan province isolates was constituted and showed that the Yunnan province isolates and Japanese isolates （T, O isolates） probably derived from the same region.
