植物源乳酸菌对断奶仔猪日粮表观消化率及消化道内容物特性的影响  

Effects of Lactobacilli Supplementation on the Apparent Digestibility and Micro-ecological Parameters in the Digestive Tract of Weaning Piglets

摘　　要：试验利用植物源乳酸菌,对断奶仔猪日粮中养分表观消化率及消化道内容物特性的影响进行了研究。结果表明,仔猪日粮中添加植物源乳酸菌可分别提高干物质、粗蛋白、能量、粗脂肪、钙、磷等的表观消化率;降低消化道pH,增加肠道乳酸菌的数量,可弥补仔猪胃酸分泌不足。同时,还可减少消化道盲肠和结肠内大肠杆菌的数量,改善动物消化道微生态平衡。Two dietary treatments, consisting of basal diet（control） and basal diet adding 30ml Lactobacilli/piglet/day, respectively, were allotted to 10 weaning pigs （Yorkshire × Landrace） averaging 15.55kg weight assigned to 2 treatments. The results showed as follows： Diet adding liquid Lactobacilli increased the apparent digestibility of dry matter, crude protein, energy, crude fat, calcium, phosphorus by 4.22%（P〈0.05）, 6.12%（P〈0.05）, 4.13% （P〈0.05）, 3.72% （P〉0.05）, 2. 86% （P〉0.05） and 14.78% （P〉0.05）, respectively; And the pH value and Coliform concentration in the digestive tract declined, the microecological environment was improved.
