外商投资与国内民营企业在产业扩散方面的比较分析

摘　　要：我国是吸引外来投资最多的发展中国家,但外来投资在促进我国经济发展的同时,通过对东莞和温州地区的实证分析,与内资企业相比,在产业扩散方面,外商投资企业所发挥的作用明显不如国内民营企业。在地方产业的发展上,民营企业所发挥的作用超过了外来投资企业,要保持当地产业持续健康发展,地方政府必须充分重视民营企业所起的作用,支持民营企业的发展。At present, China is attracting more foreign investment than any other developing countries. But the empirical study of the economic situations in Dongguan and Wenzhou indicates that foreign investment is playing a weaker role than domestic private enterprises in terms of industrial expansion effects. Private enterprises are making far greater contributions than foreign-invested enterprises to boost the local industrial development and therefore local governments shall attach adequate importance to the former and support their development so as to maintain the sustainable and healthy development of the local industries.
