北方山溪鲵精巢间质细胞的超微结构研究

摘　　要：通过电镜观察研究了北方山溪鲵精巢内间质细胞的超微结构。结果显示,在精子排空后,间质细胞具有发达的滑面内质网、管状嵴线粒体和大量的脂滴。说明北方山溪鲵在繁殖期排精后,生精小叶周围的间质细胞具有类固醇激素分泌能力。An ultrastructural investigation revealed the Leydig cell m the glandular tissue atter me sperm evacuated from seminiferous lobules. The results showed that SER,many lipid droplets,mitochondrias with the tubular cristae were found in the cytoplasm of Leydig cell. It was concluded that Leydig cell, adjacent： to the evaluated lobules ,possessed ＇typical organization of steroid-secreting cell.
