摘 要:目的探讨不同年龄胸腺细胞在胸腺内区域性分布的形态学变化,研究木犀草素对衰老大鼠胸腺形态学及免疫功能和抗氧化能力的影响。方法大鼠按年龄分组及治疗组,在光镜和电镜下观察各组大鼠胸腺细胞在胸腺内分布的增龄改变,并分别测定淋巴细胞转化功能和抗氧化功能。结果在光镜和电镜下观察到木犀草素对老年胸腺细胞区域性分布及部分凋亡细胞的保护逆转。能增加实验性衰老模型大鼠胸腺指数,增强淋巴细胞转化能力,明显提高血清超氧化物歧化酶水平并降低脂质过氧化物含量。结论木犀草素具有正向免疫调节作用。Objective To study the morphologic changes with age in thymocytes and to explore the effect of luteolin on the aging changes in thymocyte morphology, immunity and anti - oxidation activity in aged mice. Methods The rats were hosted in three age groups ( 1 - week, 8 - week and 20 - month) and an aged (20 - month) group under luteolin treatment. The ultrastructure and distribution of thymocytes were studied under high power microscope and electron microscope. The immunologic and antioxidant functions were estimated. Results Luteolin could protect against or converse the aging effects on thymocytes in aged rats: obviously increasing the thymus index, inhibiting thymocyte apoptosis, promoting splenolymphocyte proliferation, increasing the activity of serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) and decreasing the content of serum malondialdehyde (MDA). Conclusion Luteolin can positively regulate immunologiC function.
