网络化制造环境下企业联盟的项目进度监控策略研究

摘　　要：提出企业联盟中各级盟员执行进度的计算方法,该计算方法用进度曲线的形式来获取盟员的进度信息;提出以任务实施计划图、进度计算、进度汇报和进度监控为主流程的进度监控策略,该策略可以简练地反映出多级子项目的动态进度和盟员生产资源的变化状况。This paper provided schedule progressing algorithm for each partner with different ranks. This method is convenient for gaining progress message with progress curves. The progress monitoring strategy with a main flow of task progress scheme, schedule progressing algorithm, progress report,and progress monitoring was also given. This method can precisely and dynamically refleet the schedule progress of multi--level sub--projects and the manufacturing resource changes of the alliance partners.
