摘　　要：通过退化量分布函数研究性能退化是基于退化轨道进行性能可靠性分析的有效补充.针对试验小子样的特点,在图形法基础上运用Bayes方法,对性能可靠性的统计推断方法进行了研究,并在理论推导的基础上,举例说明了该方法的有效性.Using degradation distribution function to research the performance reliability is another effective method besides of degradation path method. Aiming at the small sampling of test characteristics, the reliability evaluation method based on Bayesian method and performance degradation theory is built based on graphic means, The point and low confidence calculation formula for reliability evaluation are presented. Specially, an example is given to show the validity of this method.
