矛形双腔吸虫及枝双腔吸虫尾蚴粘液腺的组织化学观察

摘　　要：本文报道应用组织化学方法观察了矛形双腔吸虫［Ｄｉｃｒｏｃｏｅｌｉｕｍｌａｎｃｅａｔｕｍ（Ｒｕｄｏｌｐｈｉ，１８０３）］及枝双腔吸虫［Ｄｉｃｒｏｃｏｅｌｉｕｍｄｅｎｄｒｉｔｉｃｕｍ（Ｒｕｄｏｌｐｈｉ，１８１９）］尾蚴粘液腺的结构及其组织化学成分。结果表明，两种双腔吸虫尾蚴粘液腺细胞内含有粘蛋白、碱性蛋白质及多糖物质，但枝双腔吸虫的含量分别比矛形双腔吸虫更丰富。而且矛形双腔吸虫尾蚴粘液腺物质由微细稀疏的颗粒组成，如同网状分布；枝双腔吸虫尾蚴粘液腺物质由粗大密集的颗粒组成。This paper reports the results of histochemical studies on the mucosubstance gland cells of cercariae of Dicrocoelium lanceatum and Dicrocoelium dendriticum. The teachniques used includes periodic acid schiff(PAS) for carbohydrates,mucicarmine for mucoprotein,bromophenol blue for basic protein and Feulgen reaction for DNA.The results obtained are summarized as follows: In the two species of dicrocoelid cercariae the mucosubstance gland cells contain mucoproteins,basic proteins and carbohydrates.The mucosubstances in D.dendriticum cercaria are richer than those in D. lanceatum cercaria. The mucosubstance gland in Dicrocoelium lanceatum cercaria consists of sparse and smaller granular substances,while that in Dicrocoelium dendriticum carceria consists of dense and larger granular substances. The histochemical composition of some other organs in the cercariae of D.lanceatum and D.dendriticum are also observed. The tegument contains mucoproteins, basic proteins and carbohydrates.The cytoplasmas of suckcer and excretory bladder contain mucoprotein and carbohydrates .The nuclei of sucker and genital primordia contain DNA.
