论党在延安时期构建和谐社会的实践经验和启示

摘　　要：延安时期是中国共产党局部执政最辉煌的时期,党不仅积累了建政治国、执政为民的成功经验,而且制定了治理社会的基本方略,为实现社会和谐做出了不懈的努力,成为党构建和谐社会的良好开端。其主要经验是:开创充满活力、民主和谐的一代新风;均衡各阶级、各阶层的政治经济利益关系;建立健康诚信的新型人际关系;依法建设公信廉洁的人民政府。党在延安时期局部执政中治理社会的方略和构建和谐社会的经验,对今天实现全面建设小康社会目标,建设公平、诚信的和谐社会具有重要启示和借鉴意义。Yan＇an period was the most brilliant period in local reign of Communist Party of China. In the period, the Party not only accumulated the successful experience of building political authority and governing a country, assuming power for the people, but also made the basic strategy of managing the society. In order to realize the harmonious society the Party made untiring efforts, which became the good beginning building a harmonious society. Its main experiences are ： Open a new trend of dynamic, democracy and harmony; balance the relation of political and economic benefits of every class and different levels; establish the new-type interpersonal relationships of health and sincerity; build the people＇s government with clean and common believe in accordance with the laws. The party＇s policy of ruling the society and experience of structuring important enlightenment and reference to realize the goal and build the harmonious society of fair and sincerity. the harmonious society in the Yan＇an period, which has of comprehensive construction of a well-off society today and build the harmonious society of fair and sincerity.
