电温灸器和温针灸治疗痹证的比较

摘　　要：目的:探讨电温灸器替代传统艾灸的可行性。方法:纳入1999-01/2005-12广州中医药大学第一附属医院第二门诊部和广东省中医院内六科行痹、痛痹、着痹患者216例,随机分为治疗组106例,以电温灸器治疗1次/d,5次为1个疗程,疗程间休息2d,共治疗4个疗程;对照组110例,以温针灸治疗,治疗次数疗程同电温灸器组,将两组结果进行统计学分析。结果:①以电温灸器治疗106例痹证患者,有103个患病肢体关节疼痛消失或基本消失,功能活动明显进步,总有效率达到97.2%(103/106);温针灸治疗110例痹证患者,有105个患病肢体关节疼痛消失或基本消失,功能活动明显进步,总有效率达到95.5%(105/110)。②电温灸器和温针灸两者总有效率差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:在治疗痹证的行痹、痛痹、着痹方面,电温灸器可替代传统温针灸。AIM：To determine the feasibility of the electric heat moxibustion apparatus instead of traditional moxibustion for treating arthralgia syndrome. METHODS：A total of 216 patients with the arthralgia aggravated by cold, migratory arthralgia and damp arthralgia were enrolled from the Second Outpatient Department, the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Sixth Department of Internal Medicine, Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 1999 and December 2005. They were divided into two groups： ①Treatment group （n =106）： Electric heat moxibustion apparatus was adopted to treat the patients, once a day and a course duration was 5 times with the interval of 2 days, totally for 4 courses;② Control group （n=110）： Traditional warming-needle moxibustion was conducted identically as treatment group in treatment times and course. The results of two groups were analyzed statistically. RESULTS： ①There were 103 arthralgia patients in treatment group and 105 patients in control group demonstrated essential or disappeared joint pain and obviously advanced functions, with the total effective rate of 97.2% （103/106） and 95.5% （105/110）, respeetively.②The difference was insignificant in the total effective rates of patients between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. CONCLUSION：The electric heat moxibustion apparatus can replace traditional warming-needle moxibustion in treatment of the arthralgia aggravated by cold, migratory arthralgia and damp arthralgia.
