摘  要:采用国产船用铝镁合金的全焊接快艇已服役六年,根据该艇运转经验评估其技术特性。从该船及尔后其它类型船的设建经验,总结控制焊接变形的设计方法及施工工艺。笔者认为在我国全焊接耐腐蚀铝镁合金船体建造技术上已完全成熟,经济上也可行,应予推广。The first all-welded marine Al-Mg alloy high speed craft has been in service for more than 6 years. A brief account on the technical characteristics of this vessel upon her operational experinces is presented. Judging from the experiences gained through the construction of this and other subsequent types of vessels, the design method and construction technology are discussed with a view to control the amount of structural deformation. It has been shown that the time to build all-welded ship with corrosion-proof Al-Mg alloy is mature technically and feasible economically in China, and the author strongly advocates to push forward further development and wider application of such all-welded hull construction.
