摘　　要：本文描述了省集中支撑系统的产生背景,并通过对软件运营模式的剖析,提出了省集中支撑系统运营模式建议。同时提出借鉴eTOM、ITIL等成熟管理经验,实现软件运营流程化。This article describes the background of producing the province centralized support system. Through the software operation pattern analysis, it puts forward the operation pattern proposal of the province centralized support system. And using the mature managerial experience of eTOM, ITIL and so on for reference, realizes software operation flowing.
