保幼激素类似物对德国小蠊发育繁殖的影响

摘　　要：笔者在实验室条件下，采用药膜法，观察保幼激素类似物Ｓ－３１１８３对德国小蠊生长发育的影响。结果表明，随着药物浓度增加，成虫的羽化率和存活率明显降低，其中５０ｐｐｍ组两者均为０，０．５ｐｐｍ浓度以上成虫畸变率达９５％以上，０．０５ｐｐｍ浓度以上成虫不育率达１００％，以上各项均与对照组有明显差异；而各处理组若虫各龄发育期、成虫大小、体重与对照组相近。This is a report on observation of the effect of JH analogue S-31183 on develoment of Blattella germanica with the method of thin film membrane in the laboratory. It showed that the emer gency rate and survival rate of adults dropped evidently with the drug consistency increasing of 0.005ppm,0. 05ppm,0. 5ppm, 5ppm, 50ppm. In 50ppm group, both emerg gency rate and survival rate was 0.The distortion rate of adults was above 95 % when the drug consistency was higher than 0.5ppm.And the infertility rate of adults was 100 % when the drug consistency was higher than 0. 05ppm. The above condition was obviously different from that of the control group. But the growing time of nymph and the size, weight of adults in each treated group was similar to that of the control group.
