摘　　要：本文通过对影响我国电子商务BtoB模式的各种因素的分析,以及我国现有BtoB模式存在的一些问题。认为中国的BtoB应该结合自己的国情,而不应照搬西方的方式,并在此基础上分析了中国BtoB电子商务的发展前景及解决途径。Through the analysis of all kinds of factors that affect our country＇s electronic commerce model BtoB and some questions about model BtoB exist in our country. And consider that China＇s BtoB should combine the situation with our country and should not copy the Western fashion. Based on the analysis analyze the development foreground and the solution approaches about the BtoB EB in China.
