摘  要:A method for determination of iodide in complex matrix-acetic acid,glacial acetic acid and acetic anhydride was established using high performance anion exchange chromatography with pulsed amperometric detector(HPAEC-PAD).Using 200 mmol/Lnitric scid solution as mobile phase,iodide can be separated within 10 min on high hydrophilic IonPac AS16 column.The relative standard deviation(RSD)of 20μg/L iodide standard solution prepared in industrial acetic acid,glacial acetic acid and acetic anhydride was 1.8%,11.5% and 8.0%,separately.The detection limit was 0.02,0.04μg/L,separately(500μg injection,3 times of signal to moise ratio).The proposed method was applied for determination of iodide in real samples,noiodide was detected and the recovery was ranging from 85 to 111%?This method has asvantages of simplicity to prepare the samples,no inteference and high sensitivity,etc.A method for determination of iodide in complex matrix - acetic acid, glacial acetic acid and acetic anhydride was established using high performance anion exchange chromatography with pulsed amperometric detector (HPAEC -PAD).
