摘  要:针对新建高大平房仓在使用中所出现的隔热、气密性差的现象,采用隔热涂料、高强度绝热板、 PEF隔热板、新型保温通风口、积热排除软管等材料对墙体、仓顶、门窗、通风道口等处进行了综合隔热气密改造。应用效果表明经改造后增加了仓房气密性,提高了仓房整体储粮性能,试验仓从改造前的54s,综合隔热改造后增加到65s;试验仓在常规储存下常年使最高粮温控制在22℃以下,各层平均粮温控制在19℃以下,达到了准低温储粮;粮食温度得到了有效的控制,抑制了储粮害虫的发生,试验仓在试验阶段没有进行化学药剂熏蒸处理;试验仓粮食品质各项指标均优于对照仓,储粮品质陈化速度远远低于对照仓;在准低温条件下储藏,达到了水分基本不散失。Facing the problem that new built large scale warehouses are lacking of effective air tightness and heat insulation. We use the heat separating paint, temperature maintaining board and heat insulated board, PEF heat isolating board, new style temperature maintaining ventilation opening and collected heat excluding soft hose to handle the wall,the roof, doors, windows and air ventilating opening to improve the air tightness synthetically. The result shows that after improvement ; the ability of air tightness is increased from the former 54 seconds to now 65 seconds.The experimental warehouse under normal condition storage can be kept under the max temperature 22℃. Each layers' temperature is effectively controlled. The storage grain insects' occurrance is prohibited'. The experimental warehouse has no chemical drug fumigation. The grain quality in the experimental warehouse is superior to the contrastive warehouse. Under the condition of sub - low temperature, the moisture content of stored grain can be kept not dispersed.
