藓类植物回心草化学成分研究Ⅱ

摘　　要：目的：研究民族草药藓类植物回心草Rhodobryum roseum的化学成分。方法：回心草95％乙醇提取物的醋酸乙酯部分，用硅胶、凝胶柱色谱进行成分分离纯化，通过物理化学和波谱方法鉴定结构。结果：从回心草的醋酸乙酯部分分离得到了8个化合物，结构鉴定为：芹菜素（apigenin，1）、槲皮素（quercetin，2）、齐墩果酸（oleanolic acid，3）、2α-羟基齐墩果酸（2α-hydroxoleanolic acid，4）、2α-羟基乌苏酸（2α-hydroxyursolic acid，5）、原儿茶酸（protocatechuic acid，6）、对羟基苯甲酸（p-hydroxybenzoic acid，7）、对羟基桂皮酸（p-hydroxycinnamic acid，8）。结论：化合物1～8均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。Objective： To study the chemical constituents from Rhodobryum roseum. Method： The compounds were isolated and purified by recrystallization and chromatogmphy with silica gel and sephadex LH-20 column. Their structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. Result： Eight compounds were isolated and identified as apigenin （1）, quercefin （2）, oleanofic acid （3）, 2a-hydmxyoleanofic acid （4）, 2α-hydroxyursolic acid （5）, protocatechuic acid （6）, p-hydroxyberavic acid （7）, p-hydroxycinnamic acid （8）. Conclusion： Compounds 1-8 were isolated from R. roseum for the first time.
