摘　　要：综合现有研究成果概述本体和知识库含义,以张謇研究专题知识库系统开发为例,采用分层设计思想开发基于本体的专题域知识库系统,实现了完整的本体知识获取、构建、存储和用户服务的过程。This article summarizes the meanings of ontology and knowledge bases based on a synthesis of the existing research achievements, and develops an ontology- based subject domain knowledge base system with the hierarchical design idea and in combination with the example of developing Zhangjian research subject knowledge base system. The article describes the whole process of ontology knowledge acquisition, knowledge base construction, knowledge base storage and riser service.
