摘　　要：文章采用PCL-839三轴步进电机控制卡开发了一套基于DOS的专用数控系统,并对该控制卡功能的扩展进行了分析。所开发的系统具有简单方便的操作性能,可控制机床的三个驱动轴和多个开关量协调工作,自动完成筛管切分加工的整个工艺流程。The article exploits a special NC system based on DOS, choosing PCL - 839 3 - axis stepping motor control card, and analyzes the expansibility of the card. The system is easy to operate and can make three axeses of the machine tool and certain switch signals work in phase, completing the cutting process automatically.
