IL-13Rα2基因在脑胶质瘤的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨白细胞介素13α2受体(IL-13Rα2)与脑胶质瘤发生发展的关系。方法采用RT-PCR半定量法检测IL-13Rα2在20例胶质瘤和5例正常脑组织标本中的表达水平。结果在5例正常脑组织中缺乏IL-13Rα2mRNA的表达,而20例胶质瘤有13例(阳性率65%)存在IL-13Rα2的表达,两者差异显著(P<0.05)。虽然对比低级别(Ⅰ、Ⅱ级)和高级别(Ⅲ、Ⅳ级)脑胶质瘤之间IL-13Rα2mRNA的表达阳性率不存在显著性的差异(P>0.05),但两者IL-13Rα2mRNA表达的A值差异极为显著(P<0.05)。结论脑胶质瘤中存在IL-13Rα2的表达,且病理级别越高其表达越强。IL-13Rα2可能在脑胶质瘤发生发展过程中发挥重要作用。Objective To discuss the relationship between IL - 13Rα2 and the tumorigenesis and progression of gliomas. Methods Expression level of IL - 13Rα2 mRNA was studied by Reverse Transcription - Polymerase Chain Reaction（ RT - PCR） in 20 cases of glioma and 5 cases of normal brain tissue, Results There was no expression of IL - 13Rα2 mRNA in all cases of normal brain tissue, wherea 13 of 20 gliomas expressed IL- 13Rα2. There were specially significant difference between them（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Although the positive expression rate of IL - 13 Rα2 had no significant discrepancy（ P 〉 0.05 ） between low grade gliomas and high grade gliomas, there was greatly significant difference（ P 〈 0.05） between their Optical Density Ratio （A Value） of IL - 13Rα2. Conclusions There is expression of IL - 13Rα2 in human gliomas, and the expression levels of IL - 13Rα2 mRNA are higher in high grade gliomas. IL - 13Rα2 may play an important role in tumorigenesis and progression of human gliomas.
