康惠尔增强型透明贴对化疗性静脉炎防治作用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨康惠尔增强型透明贴对化疗性静脉炎的影响。方法设计两组实验,第一组选取未发生静脉炎的化疗患者,对实验组使用康惠尔增强型透明贴,对照组使用3M透明敷贴,比较化疗性静脉炎的发生率。第二组选取已发生静脉炎的化疗患者,对实验组的患处使用康惠尔增强型透明贴,对照组使用硫酸镁湿敷,如有浸润情况均先采用利多卡因局封。比较两组方法中疼痛持续时间以及化疗性静脉炎治愈时间的变化。结果第一组:实验组(Ⅰ)与对照组(Ⅰ)相比较其静脉炎的发生率明显降低,差异有显著性意义(P<0.005)。第二组:实验组(Ⅱ)其化疗性静脉炎疼痛持续时间及静脉炎治愈时间均明显短于对照组(Ⅱ)。差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。由于浸润型例数较少,无法进行统计学分析,尚不能说明问题。结论康惠尔增强型透明贴用于化疗性静脉炎不但起到显著的预防作用,而且还有较好的治疗作用。Objective To investigate the effect of Comfeel transparent dressing on chemotherapeutic phlebitis. Methods The subject was divided into two groups,the patients in the first group hadn＇ t suffered from phlebitis, the patients in the second group had suffered from phlebitis. The subject in the first group was than divided into the experimental set in which the enhconced comfeel transparent dressing was used and the control set in which 3M fransparent plus was used,comparing the ineidence of phlebitis caused by chenotherapy. The subject in the second group was also divided into two sets,in the experimental set,the enhanced comfeel transparent dressing was used for the patiants,in the comfrol set magnesium sulfate was wet compressed for patients,in case of infiltrated phlebitis, Lidocaine was applied for local blockade. The pain duration and healing time were compared between the two groups. Results In the first group, the incidence rate of phlebitis was much lower in the experimental group compared with the control group and the results had significant difference （ P 〈 0.05）. In the second group, pain duration and healing time for phlebitis were much shorter in the experimental set and had a significant difference between the two sets （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions The enhanced Comfeel transparent dressing had an obvious effect on the prevent and therapy of phlebitis caused by Chemotherapy,
