摘　　要：主要介绍了所研制的单片机控制IG BT逆变埋弧焊机控制系统的组成和控制原理。并就单片机最小系统、脉宽调制电路、驱动电路、保护电路、显示电路以及送丝和小车行走电路进行了详细的分析,从硬件方面给予了系统的阐述。This paper introduces the configuration and control principle of IGBT inverter type submerged arc welding machine based on single chip.The major components are particularly analyzed,including single chip minimize system,pulse-width modulation（PWM） circuit, protect circuit,drive circuit,display circuit,wire feed circuit and dolly stepped circuit,especially in hardware which is developed more detailed.
