摘 要:首先用正交实验考察了溶液温度、pH值、搅拌速率等因素对葡萄糖氢化制山梨醇Ru/C催化剂吸附量的影响规律,并据此用浸渍及甲醛还原法制备了系列Ru/C催化剂,在0.5 MPa和120℃测得葡萄糖加氢生成山梨醇的催化活性、山梨醇选择性和催化剂的稳定性。结果表明,钌的负载量对Ru/C催化剂的性能影响较大,负载钌质量分数为5%时,制得的催化剂具有较佳的性能。The effects of preparation condition for Ru/C catalyst for hydrogenation of glucose to sorbitol, i. e. , solution temperature, pH and stirring speed, on adsorption of Ru on carbon support were investigated by orthogonal experiment. Several Ru/C catalysts were prepared by impregnation of RuCl3 solution on C support followed by reduction with HCHO solution. Their catalytic activity for hydrogenation of glucose, selectivity to sorbitol and stability of the catalysts were tested under 0.5 MPa and 120 ℃. The results indicated that properties of the Ru/C catalysts were remarkably affected by Ru loadings and optimum Ru loading was 5 %.
