摘  要:以高羊茅爱瑞3号品种(F estuca arund inacea Schred.cv.A ireaⅢ)为材料,以60Co-r射线照射种子和分化苗。结果表明,在辐射当代选出耐寒突变体ARF 001-12、ARG 001-17和ARG 001-16,经电解质外渗率、自然低温条件下束缚水和叶绿素含量测定,其耐寒性明显优于对照,叶根比小于对照,单株生物量低于对照,可作为新的耐寒种质利用;M0、M1代RAPD分析结果表明,其DNA已发生变异。Using ^60Co γ-ray tO irradiate dry seeds and differential seedling of material of Festuca arundinacea Schreb Airei Ⅲ, 3 cold-resistance mutants (ARF001-12,ARG001-17,and ARG001-16) were selected from the irradiated generation. The 3 mutants with cold-resistance characters are apparently better than F. arundinacea Schreb Airei III in the test of electrolyte osmotic ratio under synthetic low temperature, and the content of bound water and chlorophyll under natural low temperature. The testing result of single plant's biomass and leaf-root ratio indicated that the 3 mutants had lower leaf-root-ratio and smaller biomass, which was conductive to frigid resistance character's expression. The results demonstrated these mutants could be used as new cold-resistance seeding resources. Furthermore, mutant variations were found at DNA level through the RAPD analyzing for M0.M1 generation.
