摘　　要：目的 总结单侧毁损肺的外科治疗经验。方法 回顾性分析我科1984年至2005年45例单侧毁损肺行全肺切除术患者。结果 手术失血800～6500ml，其中1000ml以上32例（71．1％），3000ml以上14例（31．1％），治愈45例（100％），无死亡病例。术后发生并发症6例（13．3％）。结论 全肺切除治疗单侧毁损肺能够取得较好的外科治疗效果，但要把握手术指征，小心游离肺，处理好肺门，积极治疗并发症。Objective To study the experience of surgical treatment for unilateral destroyed lung. Methods The clinical data of 45 cases of unilateral destroyed lung with pleuropneumonectomy from 1984 to 2005 were retrospectively analyzed. Results No death occurred. The volume of blood loss during operation 800 to 6 500 mL （that of 32 cases was over 1 000 mL, 71.1% ;14 over3 000 mL, 31.1%）.All cases were cured. Postoperative complications occurred in 6 cases （ 13.3 % ）.Conclusion Pleuropneumonectomy on the cases of unilateral destroyed lung can get satisfied results in condition of good dissection of the lung,handling of the hilum and management of postoperative complications.
