中药熏洗配合矫形鞋治疗退行性膝关节炎并膝内翻

摘　　要：为观察中药熏洗配合矫形鞋治疗退行性膝关节炎并膝内翻的疗效,随机将符合条件的60例患者分为两组,治疗组(30例)采用中药弃杖散熏洗配合穿矫形鞋;对照组(30例)采用中药弃杖散熏洗,每天1次。治疗30天后进行疗效评定,结果两组较治疗前在疼痛程度、步行能力评分方面有明显提高(P<0.01),且治疗组优于对照组(P>0.05)。治疗组起效时间平均4.0±0.9天,对照组4.8±1.5天,两组比较(P<0.01)亦有显著性差异,12个月后随访,治疗组评分仍高于对照组(P<0.05)。表明中药熏洗配合矫形鞋可以快速缓解退行性膝关节炎并膝内翻症状,减轻疼痛,改善行走功能,而且远期效果肯定,优于单纯中药熏洗。In order to observe the therapeutic effect of TCD steaming and washing(TCDSW) combined with orthopedic shoes(OS) on knee osteoarthritis with genu varus(OAGV),60 cases of OAGV were randomly divided into the treated and the control groups(30 cases each),which were treated by TCDSW and OS and by 'QIZHANG SAN'(a TCD powder for OA) steaming and washing,respectively;the therapeutic effects of the two groups were evaluated 30 days after the treatment.The results showed that both groups obtained an obvious improvement of the pains and walking function(P < 0.01);the treated had an advantage over the control (P < 0.05); the initial effect time of the treated and the control were 4.0±0.9 days versus 4.8±1.5 days (P < 0.01);the evaluated score of the treated 12 months later remained higher than that of the control(P > 0.05),suggesting that TCDSW combined with OS function to rapidly remit the symptoms of OAGV,alleviate the pains and improve the walking function,having an advantage over TCDSW along in the definite long-term results.
