摘  要:本研究采用真空浸渍、溶胶凝胶和低温焙烧法,将电气石粉、氧化钛和银系抗菌剂载负在中空活性碳纤维(ACHF)的中心孔和表面上,制备了复合型负离子ACHF。测试表明:复合型负离子抗菌ACHF的微孔结构、高吸附性基本保持不变,在电气石、高价态银和TiO2的协同作用下,抗菌效果显著提高,水中浸泡对抗菌能力没有明显的影响,负离子释放量大于2000个/cm3,本研究制备的ACHF可广泛应用于空气或水的净化和抗菌领域。An activated carbon hollow fibers (ACHF) with complex negative ion was prepared by vacuum impregnating ,sol-gel and low temperature sintering methods. ACHF's pores inside were loaded with tourmaline powder and ACHF's pores both inside and on the surface were loaded with TiO2 and zirconium phosphate with silver. The results revealed that the antibacterial property of ACHF is sharply increased because of the co-action of tourmaline, highly charged silver ion and TiO2. This property is not obviously hampered after the ACHF is immersed in water. The amount of the negative ion released was above 2000 per cubic centimeter. This result showed that the ACHF reported in this paper can be widely used in the purification and inhibiting the growth of bacteria of air or water.
