彩色超声对高血压、糖尿病肱动脉及微血管血管内皮功能的研究应用价值

摘  要:目的:探讨高血压及高血压合并糖尿病患者血管内皮功能。方法:应用高分辨率超声检测35例高血压患者,27例高血压合并糖尿病患者,22例正常对照者,肱动脉内径和峰值流速变化,并测量各组患者眼动脉、视网膜动脉血流参数。结果:正常对照组、高血压组及高血压合并糖尿病组充血性反应后内径变化和峰值流速的变化,眼动脉及视网膜动脉血流参数均有明显差异。眼动脉、视网膜动脉各参数与充血性肱动脉内径变化显著性相关。结论:超声检测可以评价高血压及高血压合并糖尿病患者的肱动脉、眼动脉及视网膜动脉内皮功能。Objective To explore endothelial cell function in essential hypertension and diabetes. Method Diameter peak velocity of brachial artery of 35 patients with essential hypertension , 27 patients with essential hypertension and diabetes ,and 22 normal control subjects were measured by high resolution ultrasonography at basal and hyperaemia, meanwhile parameter of eye artery and retina artery flow were measured. Results There was significant difference of changes of brachial artery diameter and peak velocity at hyperemic condition ,and the flow parameter of eye artery and retina artery in three groups. The flow parameter of eye artery and retina artery are associated closely with the changes of brachial artery diameter at hyperemic condition. Conclusion Endothelial function impairment of brachial artery ,eye artery and retina artery in patients with essential hypertension and patients with essential hypertension and diabetes can be detected by ultrasonography.
