摘　　要：目的:探讨眩晕发作的病因及治疗方法。方法:回顾分析眩晕发作住院治疗139例的临床资料。结果:眩晕的常见病因为:梅尼埃病、椎-基底动脉供血不足、高血脂、高血压、慢性中耳炎等,疲劳、感冒易诱发。结论:眩晕是多种因素协同作用的结果,病因复杂,确定病因,对症、对因治疗,疗效满意,值得临床重视。Objective To explore the reasons and treatment of vertigo. Method 139 patients with vertigo were retrospectively analysed, Results The common causes of vertigo is Meniere disease, vertebrobasilar ischemic, hyperlipidemia, hypertension, chronic otitis media. The excessive fatigue and cold were easily caused. Conclusion Vertigo is as a result of multi-factor cooperation. Making sure the pathogeny and treatment for pathogenic are better and more effective.
