爱倍和异舒吉治疗心绞痛临床疗效与安全性观察

摘　　要：目的:研究爱倍(国产5-单硝酸异山梨酯)和异舒吉在心绞痛患者中应用的安全性及疗效。方法:320例心绞痛患者,有典型心绞痛症状及缺血性心电图改变,随机分成治疗组(爱倍210例),对照组(异舒吉110例),10d为1疗程。对比两者抗心绞痛疗效及心电图改善情况。结果:治疗1个疗程后,爱倍和异舒吉对心绞痛缓解总有效率分别为91.43%、90.99%,减少硝酸甘油用量分别达66.3%、66.7%,二者心电图改善的总有效率为76%比75%。两组间差异无统计学意义。结论:爱倍治疗心绞痛与异舒吉同样疗效显著,安全可靠。Objective To evaluate safety and clinical efficacy of isosorbide 5-mononitrate and isoket in treatment of angina pectoris. Method three-hundred and 20 patients with angina pectons （male 190 female 130） average age of 59 years old which have typieal symptom and ECG changes ,they were randomly divided into theropy group （iosorbide 5-mononitrate 210 ） and control group （Isoket 110）,fime is ten days . anti-angina pectoris and ECG charges were observed. Results After 10 day follow-up the effect of anti-angina pectoris of isosonbide 5-mononitrate and isoket is 89.05% and 90.99% .Dosage of nitroglycerin reduced 66.3% and 66.7%.There was no statistical difference between two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Isosorbide 5-mononitrate has the same clinical efficacy like isoket in and anti-angina pectoris safty also.
