摘　　要：以各种现代色谱分离技术,研究蛇莓中具有抗癌活性的化学成分.经过硅胶柱层析、凝胶层析反复分离,制备高效液相色谱纯化,得到4个化合物,经光谱数据分析鉴定其结构分别为叶绿醇(Ⅰ,phytol),生育酚(Ⅱ,dl-α-Tocopherol),5a-Ethoxy-α-tocopherol(Ⅲ,)2,5-Cyclohexadiene-1,4-dione(Ⅳ)以上化合物均为首次从蛇莓中分离得到.The chemical constituents which have anti-tumor activity from Duchesnea indica were studied by modem chromatography separate technics. Four. compounds were isolated by column chromatography and HPLC. By Spoctroscopic method, their structures were identified as phytol （Ⅰ）, dl-α-Tocopherol （Ⅱ）, 5a-Ethoxy-α- tocopherol （Ⅲ） and 2, 5-Cyclohexadiene-1,4-dione （Ⅳ）. Compounds Ⅰ -Ⅳ were isolated from D. indica for the first time.
