钛网在面中部骨折修复中的应用

摘　　要：目的:评价面中部复合骨折钛网修复的优缺点。方法:对16例面中部复合骨折行钛网修复固定。结果:16例患者骨折固定后多数(13/16)Ⅰ期愈合。咬合关系恢复,外形满意。结论:钛网行面中部骨折固定疗效确切,钛网可随意成型,结合微型或小型钛板是面中部骨折理想的固定修复材料。但应当注意,外形设计不宜过宽过高,以免造成软组织吸收,钛网外露。Objective： To evaluate the merits and demerits of titanium mesh for complex fracture restoration in facial midline. Methods;Sixteen cases with centrofacial complex fracture were performed restoration and fixation with titanium mesh. Results： The majority of 16 cases （13/16） had primary healing after fracture fixation. The occluding relation restored and the contours were ideal. Conclusions： The therapeutic efficacy of the fixation of centrofacial fracture treated with titanium mesh is precise, for titanium mesh can take any shapes at will and it is an ideal material for fixation and restoration of centrofacial fracture to combine with minitype or small ordinal titanium plate . But we should pay attention to that it＇ s inadvisable to design the contours too wide or too high for fear that it may cause soft tissue absorbed and the titanium mesh exposed.
