电除尘器阴极砧梁断裂原因分析

摘　　要：对上都发电厂1号炉电除尘器阴极砧梁断裂的原因进行了失效分析,分析结果认为,原材料塑性不合格,金相组织中存在硫化锰夹杂物和带状组织,脆性转变温度以下安装施工,以及矩形砧梁转角折弯处R角偏小等多种原因造成阴极砧梁大量开裂。The fracture of cathode beam of electric precipitator of unit 1 in Shangdu Power Plant was analyzed. The analysis shows there are many causes for the fractures of the cathode beam, including unqualified plasticity of material, manganese sulfide and coiled structure in metallography structure, installation below the temperature of brittleness change and smaller angle at corner of rectangle beam etc.
