摘　　要：本文对周年极移年均值序列,用关键年分析的方法划分了周年极移周,研究了周年极移统计分布的特征以及长江中下游地区大面积旱涝年的频率分布,得到了灾害发生的主要规律,并对未来灾害趋势作了预测。By means of key-year analysis,the series of yearly average value of annual wobble of polar motion is divided into annual wobble of polar motion cycles, from which the statistical charac teristic of annual wobble of polar motion and the frequence distribution of the occurrence of droughts and waterloggings in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River are studied. We obtain the main regularities of the occurrence of these disasters and predict their future tendency.
