摘　　要：在全球化浪潮的冲击下,西方文化以一种强势文化的态势冲击着发展中国家和经济欠发达地区处于弱势的民族文化,然而,由于世界各民族的相对独立和各个国家自然、历史条件的差异,世界语言文化的发展并非是单一化与体系化的关系,而是多元化与相互交融的趋势。Under the impact of globalization, the Western culture, posed as a powerful one, exerts great influence on weak national cultures of those developing countries or economically less-developed areas. However, due to the relative independence and different nature, historical condition of the peoples worldwide, the development of the world languages and cultures are not flattening or systematizing, but varying and cross-permeating, such as the varieties of English, the resurrection of traditional native languages due to power changes etc.
