摘　　要：本文介绍的新型声电光偏转器可提高传统声光偏转器的带宽，制作了一个LN反常声电光偏转器，中心频率为60MHz，测试结果表明，带宽由原来的26MHz提高到37MHz．In this paper an acousto-electro-optic deflector is introduced. It can increasethe bandwidth of the acousto-optic deflector. A Lithium Niobate (LN) anisotropic acous-toelectro-optic deflector is constructed. Its central frequency is 60 MHz, and its band-width is increased from 26 MHz to 37 MHz.
