摘　　要：目的为选择适宜的采收时间提供科学依据。方法将人工栽培的2～4年生黄花乌头块根从8月至10月定期采收，分别称其鲜根重量，晒干后称干重，计算折干率，测有效成分含量，根据产量、折干率及有效成份等指标比较，选出最佳采收时间。结果生长4年的黄花乌头块根9月下旬至10月下旬采收，产量和折干率较高，有效成分关附甲素含量最高为0．51％，8月下旬采收仅为0．26％。结论栽培的黄花乌头适宜采收年限为生长4年，适宜采收季节为9月下旬至10月中旬。Objective To provide scientific basis for selecting suitable harvest time of Aconitum coreanum（ Levl. ）Rap. Methods Artificial cultivated roots of 2-4year Aconitum coreanum were harvested periodically from August to November. The optimal harvest years was selected by comparing the yield, the rate of conveting fresh weight into dry weight and available composition index. Results The yield and converting dried rate of the root tuber of four year old Aconitum coreanum were higher than other time, when the harvest time was in the last ten-day period of Sept. to Oct. ,acehytisine was 0. 51% and its content was only 0.26 % while harvest time in the last ten-day period of Aug.. Conclusion The suitable harvest year of cultivated Aconiturn coreanum was four year old, the optimum harvest time in the last ten-day period of Seb. to the middle of Oct.
