川芎嗪注射液治疗老年不稳定心绞痛65例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察川芎嗪注射液治疗老年不稳定心绞痛(UAP)的临床疗效。方法将130例老年UAP患者随机分为两组。对照组65例,给予常规治疗包括卧床休息,吸氧及应用硝酸酯类、肠溶阿司匹林、B-受体阻滞剂、钙通道阻滞剂、血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂及其受体阻滞剂等药物;川芎嗪注射液组65例,在常规治疗上加川芎嗪注射液,160 mg静脉点滴,一日一次,疗程2周。结果川芎嗪组在减少心绞痛发作,改善心电图方面优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论川芎嗪注射液治疗老年UAP,效果肯定,副作用小,值得临床应用与推广。Objective To observe the effect of Ligustrazine Injection on unstable angina pectoris （UAP） in 65 cases aged . Methods 130 cases were randomized into two groups, each one was 65 cases. In control group with routine therapy, including to stay in bed, inhaling O2 and treated with medicines;in treatment group with routine therapy and added injected of Ligustrazine Injection for a course of two weeks. Results The effective was obviously superior in treatment group to that in control group for improvement of ECG and decreased attacks of angina pectoris （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ligustrazine Injection has remarkable effection on unstable angina pectoris （UAP） in patients aged , it was little adverse reactions to worth be used and spread in clinic.
