摘  要:采用超声萃取/气相色谱法测定了污泥中的硝基苯含量。研究了混合溶剂的比例及用量、超声萃取时间、盐析剂投量等因素对测定结果的影响。采用该方法测定以蒸馏水和松花江水为本底制备的泥样时的平均回收率分别为91.6%~97.4%和83.4%,RSD分别为1.9%~4.4%和7.1%。该方法简便、快速,从样品预处理到检测完毕只需90min。An ultrasonic extraction and gas chromatograph method were used to determine the nitrobenzene concentration in sediment. Affecting factors such as the proportion and dosage of the extractants, the ultrasonic extraction time and the dosage of salting-out agent were investigated. Using this method, the average recovery of nitrobenzene by dissolving sediment in distilled water and the Songhua River water are 91.6% -97.4% and 83.4% , respectively; and the relative standard deviations (RSD) are 1.9% -4.4% and 7.1% , respectively. The method is simple and rapid in operation. It takes only 90 min for a whole detection process including sample pretreatment.
