摘 要:采用废旧农用聚乙烯(PE)地膜和从造纸废渣中分离出的二次纤维制得废旧PE/二次纤维复合材料,研究了碱液预处理、二次纤维的粒径和含量及增容剂对复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,碱液的浓度为3%,预处理时间为20 m in,二次纤维过250μm筛,含量为20%左右,增容剂的用量为8%时,所得PE二/次纤维复合材料的综合性能最佳。Polyethylene/secondary fiber composite was prepared by using waste polyethylene film and secondary fiber from papermaking sludge. The effects of sodium hydroxide pretreament, the diameter and content of secondary fiber and compatibilizer on the mechanical properties of composite were studied. The results showed that the overall property of the composite was the optimum when the concentration of sodium hydroxide was 3% and pretreatment time was kept at 20 min, the diameter of the secondary fiber was less than 250μm and the content was about 20% and the content of compatibilizer was 8%.
