摘  要:直流电机工作时换向器电刷产生的电火花会干扰电子设备和通信系统,危害飞行安全。为了减少由于换向火花超标带来的飞行事故,通过分析目前的直流电机换向器火花的检测技术和K8飞机各直流电机换向器火花的电气特性,提出了提取电源回馈信号进行火花检测的新方法,该方法将提取的回馈信号经过滤波、放大、调理、脉冲保持电路,A/D转换送到单片机处理,得到火花等级系数。设计了K8飞机直流电机换向器火花检测仪,经过了反复的平台测试和现场测试,实验证明该仪器真正实现了原位检测,具有无须外接电源、测量准确、操作方便、抗干扰能力强、功耗低等优点。The DC motor brush can bring spark while working. The spark not only disturbs the electronic instrument and communication system, but also endangers the flight safety. To reduce the flying accident caused by the spark beyond specification, the brush spark detecting technology of the DC motor and the electric specifications of K8 plane DC motor spark were analyzed. A new method to detect spark signal was introduced. The DC power reflecting signal is acquired, filtered, amplified, conditioned, then sent to the pulse hold circuit, the A/D converter and processed by MCU. The spark grade modulus is obtained. The K8 Plane Spark Online Tester was designed. After testing on the platform and on the spot many times, it is proved that the instrument realizes online test, it doesn't need additional power supply and has the features such as high measuring precision, convenient operating , strong anti-interference capability, low power consumption and so on.
