京和走锭细纱机牵伸工艺的计算原理及应用

摘　　要：文章从走锭细纱机的机械原理入手,结合生产实践,详细介绍了日本京和(KYOWA)走锭细纱机3种牵伸方法的具体计算过程及其在生产中的应用。文章指出,走锭细纱机牵伸应尽量采用混合牵伸方法,根据原料变化相应调整牵伸分配。Based on the mechanical theory and production practice, it introduced 3 drafting calculation methods of mule （KYOWA） and its applications in production. It pointed out that the drafting of mule should better use combination drafting and select right proportion of different drafting with different material.
