摘  要:利用磨细矿渣、粉煤灰和低碱度碱性激发剂制备的生态型胶凝材料,采用湿热养护工艺试制成功尾矿掺量占60%以上的尾矿标准承重砖。实验用正交试验法进行工艺参数优化,以此为基础建立了优化养护制度:升温2h,恒温6h(70℃),降温2h,产品抗压强度达到18.1MPa,抗折强度达到3.6MPa,具有良好的抗冻融性和稳定性。利用SEM分析对胶凝材料的水化产物和胶凝作用进行了初步分析,对影响尾矿砖产品性能的几个主要因素进行了讨论。Using fine grinding slag, fly ash and low alkali excitant to prepare ecotype cementing material and adopting wet thermo-curing process to successfully trial produce standard load bearing brick with tailing content over 60%.The experiments were designed based on orthogonal array technique to optimize process parameters and optimum curing system is thus established: temperature elevating period 2 h-constant temperature 70 ℃ for 6 h - temperature drop 2 h.The compressive strength of the brick is up to 18.1 MPa,bending strength 3.6 MPa,and with good freeze-thaw resistance and stability.The hydration products and cementing action of cementing material are analyzed by SEM. Some major factors that have influence on property of the brick are discussed.
