摘　　要：介绍了武钢7、8号焦炉炼焦过程管理系统的结构、功能和应用效果。炼焦过程管理系统实现了焦炉管理数字化和焦炉加热的智能控制,提高了焦炉监控水平,焦炉煤气的消耗量降低了2.5%,同时还改善了焦炭质量,延长了焦炉使用寿命。The structure, function and application result of the management system for the cokemaking process of No. 7 and No. 8 coke oven batteries in Wugang are described. The management system for cokemaking process realizes the digitalization of coke oven management and intelligent control of coke oven heating, improves the monitoring level of coke oven and reduces the coke oven gas consumption by 2.5%. Meanwhile coke quality is also raised and service life of coke oven is prolonged.
