防治混合痔手术后疼痛50例效果观察

摘　　要：为总结防治混合痔手术后疼痛50例经验，针对手术损伤、术后排便、术后换药等是引起疼痛的主要原因，着力于手术前肠道准备，选择微创手术、术后切口注射长效止痛剂并提高手术操作及换药技巧，从而取得了满意效果。The objective of this study was to summarize the experience on preventing and managing postoperative pain of 50 patients with mixed hemorrhoids. In the operative tauma, postoperative defecation and dressing being main causes of pain,authors put forth efforts to preoperative intestinal preparation,selection of microsurgery,injection of long-acting analgesics,as well enhancing the skills of operation and dressing, as results,satisfactory effects were obtained in the 50 patients.
