润燥通便合剂治疗虚证便秘的临床研究

摘　　要：为观察润燥通便合剂对虚证便秘的临床疗效，将223例虚证便秘患者分为治疗组（133例）、麻仁丸组（50例）和西沙必利组（40例）。结果显示，近期疗效各组差异无统计学意义，停药3个月后疗效，治疗组优于对照组（P〈0.05）。The objective of the study was to evaluate the clinical effect of Run Zao Tong Bian（RZTB） decoction on constipation of deficiency type. Two hundreds and twenty three patients with constipation of deficiency type were divided into 3 groups：the RZTB decoction group（113 cases）,the hemp seed pill group（50 cases） and cisapride group（40 cases）. As results,there was not statistical difference in short-term therapeutic effect among the 3 groups,while the therapeutic effect became visible after stoping drug 3 months,RZTB decoction group is better than the rest two groups（ P 〈0. 05）.
