摘　　要：介绍了一种用于大型工件低温处理的设备，采用液氮制冷结合电加热（ＴｗｏＯｕｔｐｕｔＣｏｎｔｒｏｌ）方式，实现了大的细长空间的温度的精确控制（包括定点和斜率跟踪），很好地满足了实际需要。This paper introduces a low temperature dealing device for large piece. It took liquid nitrogen as refrigerant and used with electrical heating(Two Output Control). The temperature of long thin chamber is controlled accurately(including point and ramping). This device meets the requirements in applications well.
